2.1 The deadline for registration is 1 September 2010.
2.2 The registration form must include the Federation, surname, first name,
and the passport details of every person. It must also include the name, details and
phone number/ address/ fax / email of the head of the delegation. An identify photo is required for hotel
security purposes. If possible, please
send a (2x3 cm) photo of each participant with the registration. We will also have provisions at the hotel to
have your photo taken, but there may be a slight delay in hotel processing if
you wait until arrival.
2.3 All the travel expenses to and from the Antalya airport must be paid
by the participants or their Federation.
2.4 Each delegate and each accompanying person must pay 100 € (Euros) deposit of the hotel price
(per person) at the time of their registration (before 1 September 2010). This payment is compulsory and represents a
confirmation of participation. If the
reservation is cancelled before 1 September, the deposit will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled after 1 September,
the deposit is not refundable.
2.5 TRAVEL DETAILS. The venue is the
Limra Hotel (http://www.limakhotels.com/limra/en/index.html)
in Kemer, Antalya. The venue is 70 km
west of Antalya Airport. Antalya is a very
well known tourism city, and has a large number of charter flights from main
points of Europe. Another way to come to
Antalya is via Istanbul.
There are daily 20-30 flights connecting Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Antalya
Airport. On the following websites,
you may get more information for domestic flights in Turkey and you may make
online registrations. We propose to our
guests to book with Turkish Airlines, and arrive via Istanbul.

Transportation to and from the Antalya airport to the hotel is
difficult. Taxi's are frequent, but
expensive (~80 €) one-way. The city bus
is less expensive (~8-12 €), but is very complicated with several bus
changes. It is not recommended for
people not familiar with the Turkish bus system. People taking the room without
transfer should come to the hotel by my selves by using taxi or going first to
bus terminal by using the airport bus and then to the hotel by using a normal
bus from terminal.
TCF will provide transportation from the Antalya airport to the hotel
and back (70 € two-way) if the participants requests transportation.
